FAQs
Q: Where can I find my IONAPAY UID?
A: Open the app, go to Profile → Account ID. Your UID is a 10-digit number starting with “1” and is unique to your account. Keep it secure, as support may request it to verify your identity.
Q: How do I enter a referral code?
A: When registering a new account, enter the referral code in the Referral ID (optional) field before completing the sign-up process. Once your account is created, referral codes cannot be added retroactively.
Q: What if my card is used fraudulently?
A: Immediately open the app, go to Cards → Freeze Card to block all transactions. Then contact IONAPAY Customer Support to report the issue and request further investigation or replacement of the card.
Q: How do I cancel my account?
A: In the app, go to Profile → Security → Account Management → Account Deletion. You will have a 15-day grace period to log in and restore your account before it is permanently deleted along with all associated data.
Q: Why can’t I register with my email or phone number?
A: Each email address or phone number can only be linked to one IONAPAY account. If your details are already in use, you must register with a different email or phone number, or delete the existing account associated with them.
Q: What if I lose access to my phone or Google Authenticator?
A: Contact IONAPAY Customer Support immediately. Provide your UID and the ID document used for KYC verification. Support will guide you through the process of disabling or resetting your Two-Factor Authentication so you can regain access to your account.

A: Check that your number is active and can receive SMS. Avoid using virtual numbers. Try again later or use email verification.
Q: My Google Authenticator code is invalid.
A: Ensure your device time is synced. Manually type the code instead of pasting. Remember codes expire every 30 seconds.
Q: My withdrawal hasn’t arrived.
A: Check if the transaction is marked Completed in IONAPAY. Verify the network and address were correct. Blockchain transactions may take time depending on congestion.
