Q: How can I delete my account?
A: Go to Profile > Delete Account > Confirm Delete Account
Confirm Cancellation:
- You’ll be asked to confirm your decision.
- If you’re sure you want to proceed, click Delete Account.
- To submit a request for us to delete your account, type
"DELETE" in the box below.
Final Steps:
- After confirming, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
- Your account will be deactivated immediately, and all associated data will stay with us for one month if you decide to reactivate your account.
Please Note:
- Deleting your account will permanently erase all records, including
wallet and assets, cards, and transaction history. - Ensure all assets are withdrawn before deletion. Any remaining assets
will be considered forfeited. - All cards will be frozen and unusable after account deletion.
- There is a 15-day withdrawal period after submitting an account
deletion request. If you log in within these 15 days, the deletion
request will be canceled, and the account will be restored, but cards
will remain frozen.
Q: Can I use my previous KYC information after deleting my account and
re-registering?
A: Yes, after waiting for 15 days for the account to be completely deleted, you
can reuse your previous KYC information for re-verification.
Q: Can I use the same KYC information to verify a new account
immediately after deleting my account? Can I skip the 15-day withdrawal period?
A: The 15-day withdrawal period cannot be skipped or altered. You can use
the KYC information only after waiting for the specified period.
