A: If your account gets locked after five incorrect login attempts, an error
message will appear. You will receive an email notification, and your account
will automatically unlock after 24 hours. During this time, your card remains
functional even if your account is locked.
Q: How can I update the phone/email associated with my
account?
A: After logging into the app, navigate to Account > Account Info > Phone/Email >
Update Phone or Email, and follow the provided verification steps. To
safeguard user accounts and funds, the platform cannot modify personal
information directly. You must log in to make these changes yourself.
Note: Accounts with purchased cards cannot unlink the phone/email
associated with them.
